The 19th Maccabiah Games introduces an exciting new multi-sport endurance event called Maccabi Man / Woman. This competition is an official part of the Maccabiah Games and is comprised of cycling, half marathon road race, Olympic distance Triathlon and an open water swim. The 4 events are held over the 10 days of the Maccabiah.
Traditionally, the Maccabiah International Sports Committee allows each athlete to participate in one sport only. For the first time in 2013 the ISC will permit athletes to register and compete in just one or up to a maximum of four MaccabiMan/Woman events. If an athlete opts to register and compete in all four events, then he/she will be eligible for an additional medal for the overall competition.
Imagine the opportunity to participate (and win!) in your age group in 4 different events AND to also be eligible to win the overall Maccabiah Games Maccabi MAN or Maccabi WOMAN event.

Cycling: Individual time trial 30 km race - July 21, 2013
